Ph3FULL TIME | SENIOR DESIGNER WOMENSWEAR /h3 pWe are looking for a talented, creative, and experienced Womenswear Senior Designer to join our design team.
/p h3Overview /h3 pOur ideal candidate should have a passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and an ability to bring creativity to life.
The Senior Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing new designs, as well as collaborating with other members of the team to develop and refine pieces.
/p h3Your Impact /h3 ul liGuide creative research and idea development, in accordance with inputs received from the Head of Design.
Including research development and sketching (by hand).
/li liTake initiative in exploring and developing new ideas, following the inputs received from the Head of Design.
/li liManage the complete design process from conception through to production.
/li liSupport the Head of Design's vision and ensure a high standard of quality and creativity, with attention to detail, across all deliverables.
/li liCollaborate with Coordination, Product Development, Materials, and Merchandising teams to ensure the brand delivers.
/li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liAt least 10 years of previous working experience gained in Fashion Design; knowledge of technical sportswear is a plus.
/li liPrevious experience in a luxury brand.
/li liDegree in Fashion Design.
/li liComfortable sketching by hand.
/li liFluent in Italian and English.
