Do Work That Matters - Your Role And Responsibilities

Do you want to make a meaningful and impactful difference in your work? KPMG Advisory provides consulting services to businesses, supporting them in transforming their business models, improving and digitalizing processes, analyzing and managing risks, as well as providing assistance in extraordinary financial operations.

By joining the Enterprise Platform Team, you will be engaged in managing organizational change processes. In particular, alongside experienced colleagues, you will analyze strategic requirements to implement the best digital solutions available on the market for integrated process management.

Specifically, your responsibilities will include :

* Analyzing business requirements in sales, customer service, and marketing processes, collaborating with stakeholders to translate them into tailored technical solutions.
* Designing and customizing solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (modules Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing) and the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Pages).
* Developing automations and integrations using Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, and other tools to connect business systems and processes.
* Drafting technical documentation and conducting internal testing, supporting end users in validating the solutions.
* Providing support during release and Hypercare phases, facilitating solution adoption through user training.

You will be involved in national and international projects, working with multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative and tailored solutions, supporting clients in their digital transformation.

Come As You Are - Your Skills And Characteristics

This opportunity is perfect for you if :

* You have 2-4 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform, focusing on solution customization. This includes advanced configurations and usage of modules like Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service, as well as integrations through Power Automate.
* You have excellent analytical skills, are fluent in English, and preferably have international experience.
* You are willing to travel to support clients during project phases.
