We are seeking an experienced local HR expert in Italy to handle employee lifecycle management, payroll calculations, and client relationship support for multiple European countries.
The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of European labor laws, particularly in Italy and surrounding countries, as well as fluency in English and additional European languages (e.g., German, French).
Responsibilities include:
1. Maintaining client employee relationships and handling complex people-related matters throughout the employee lifecycle.
2. Verifying payroll calculations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
3. Providing daily HR consulting to clients and maintaining client relationships.
