Finance (incl. Tax, Treasury, Accounting, M&A)

Your responsibilities and tasks:
* Finance process re-engineering;
* Identify and implement opportunities for job automation, creating more room for value-adding analysis;
* Cost management, controlling, and reporting (variance analysis);
* Assist with the monthly closing process, including various reporting requirements;
* Contribute to budget and forecast planning in line with Group requirements;
* Ensure compliance with internal procedures and operational guidelines in alignment with Group policies;
* Ensure all internal financial controls, policies, and procedures are followed.
Your profile and qualifications:
* University degree in Business Economics or Management Engineering;
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in controlling (multinational environment preferred) or in a consulting firm economics/finance;
* Nice to have: Hands-on experience in SAP deployment and roll-out initiatives;
* Excellent proficiency in Office applications;
* Knowledge of Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling;
* Proficient in Business Intelligence tools.
