Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings—including agendas, presentations, and minutes.Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and timely follow-up.Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain professional integrity at all times.Organize and prioritize incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and requests.Prepare and process expense reports, purchase orders, and other administrative documentation.Support the executive in planning and executing strategic initiatives and special projects.Maintain efficient filing and information management systems (digital and physical).Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks across the executive's areas of responsibility. xkiyazw Assist with event coordination, logistics, and internal communications as needed.
