Job Opportunity: Sales Representative - Healthcare IT Solutions
Job Summary
The Sales Representative for Healthcare IT Solutions is the key commercial contact responsible for managing new opportunities and related clients in the IT sector. The role involves establishing consultancy and collaborative relationships, with specific expertise in BU HITS products. The representative identifies how these products can be integrated into laboratory and healthcare information systems, leading or supporting commercial actions related to highly complex technological and project-based solutions. Knowledge of the market, competitors, and product positioning is essential. Collaboration with the BU HITS Marketing team for promotion and presentation activities, as well as supporting the Operations team in managing sold solutions, are also key responsibilities.
Key Accountabilities
1. Manage commercial activities to achieve BU HITS budget objectives.
2. Develop strategic commercial plans to meet market needs.
3. Identify new opportunities and strategic clients for business development and brand enhancement.
4. Propose new functionalities, products, and services to increase revenue based on installed base potential.
5. Support the BU HITS Marketing team in bid responses, technical and economic proposal drafting.
6. Define offers for new opportunities, product extensions, and maintenance contracts.
7. Ensure profitability of commercial operations through direct involvement in the ZGP flow.
8. Maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and partners.
9. Gather competitive intelligence and update CRM data accordingly.
10. Coordinate with external partners for complementary supplies.

Minimum Knowledge & Experience
* Degree in a scientific field
* Project Management skills
* Technical and commercial IT knowledge
* Understanding of market, competitors, and clients
* Knowledge of products and reference technologies
* Economic and financial knowledge (P&L, budget, costs, margins, HTA)
* Organizational awareness (roles, processes)
* Proficiency in Office, SAP, and CRM
* English level B2 / C1
