**Position Summary**
You will support the team in the day-by-day activities in the physical logistic and transportation areas, aiming to guarantee the best service level for the customer.
**A day in the life of...**
- Support with proactive approach the logistics activities together with the team.
- Support 3PL (Third Party Logistics) in daily management: stock reconciliation, order management, inbound-outbound processes, new product/campaign activation.
- Maintain and improve a KPI dashboard, identify and propose new KPI to address trends and performance; highlight and anticipate possible issues.
- Identify improving areas, actively promote continuous improvement approach.
- Ensure communication and collaboration with other functional departments (Customer Service, Marketing, T&Q;, etc.) and between 3PLs for a quick reaction to urgencies or issues.

- Strong analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Positive forward-looking mindset and team spirit.
- Fluent in both Italian and English.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of BI and reporting tools: PowerBI.
