Responsibilities
Handle technical support requests via chat, phone, email, and ticketing system. Diagnose and resolve issues on Windows, Mac, and Linux systems. Provide support for video conferencing systems and AV equipment. Accurately document all interactions. Work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Minimum Requirements
3+ years of experience in onsite IT support (helpdesk or desk-side). Experience with Windows, Mac, and Linux in a corporate environment. High school diploma. Associate degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science. Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical staff. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong commitment to quality and multitasking.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. Certifications: Microsoft MCSE/MCITP, ITIL Foundation. Advanced Linux system administration skills. Ability to explain complex IT concepts in simple terms. Strong troubleshooting skills for complex systems.
