Main responsibilities include: /pulliManaging a portfolio of national and regional retailers to achieve brand sell-in, sell-out, and OP targets. /liliManaging relationships with all key account retailers across Italy (area managers). /liliCollaborating with other departments (Trade Marketing, Marketing, Retail, Merchandising, Digital) to develop Guerlain Italy's strategy. /liliManaging sell-out reports for sales analysis using PowerBI and Orion. /liliLeading product presentations for assigned retailers. /li /ulh3Profile /h3pPrevious experience in Sales or Trade Marketing within the beauty industry is a plus. The candidate should have excellent communication and relational skills, be customer-focused, analytical, result-driven, and proficient in computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
