Role Overview This role requires a passion for delivering a transformational client experience and driving business through sales. Responsibilities Build and maintain customer relationships to drive sales and meet personal goals. Create a memorable customer experience through selling skills and product knowledge. Communicate the Tory Burch brand philosophy and lifestyle to customers. Follow and maintain all sales and operational policies and procedures. Work with a team of professionals committed to excellence. Qualifications One to three years' experience in a high‐volume, customer‐driven retail environment. Strong personal selling and customer relations experience, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Open availability for a flexible schedule, including overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekend shifts. Physical ability to lift at least 40 lbs and perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, carrying, squatting, kneeling, twisting, climbing ladders, crawling, reaching, bending, and standing for extended periods.
