Experteer Overview
In this role you help drive Allianz Group’s digital transformation by delivering technology-, data-, and AI-driven initiatives within cross-functional teams. You will support engagements from design through rollout, manage small to mid-size workstreams with consulting partners, and contribute to client proposals and workshops. You’ll work closely with client teams across finance, data, and IT to translate analyses into actionable recommendations and opportunities. This is a hands‑on, collaborative role with a focus on delivering value at scale through innovative approaches.

* Deliver project activities under the Engagement Manager, ensuring quality, timeliness, and proactive issue resolution
* Contribute to digital transformation initiatives aligned with Allianz Group priorities, with exposure to Finance, Data, and AI projects
* Support technology‑focused projects, coordinating design, implementation and rollout with internal and external teams
* Own small to mid‑sized workstreams and assist management consultants in presenting results to clients
* Assist business development through preparing project proposals and pitches
* Support deployment of technology‑, finance‑, and data‑related solutions across teams and geographies for end‑to‑end delivery
* Design and facilitate workshops and client meetings to map processes, data flows, systems, and KPIs
* Help clients adopt agile methods and innovative IT, data, and AI implementations
* Perform client‑specific analyses, translate findings into actionable insights and recommendations
* Discuss future client needs in Finance, AI, and Data to identify new consulting opportunities
Responsabilità
* Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Computer Science/Engineering, or related fields
* Knowledge of Insurance/Claims, Finance, Procurement, IT Management, or Data Management domains
* Strong analytical capabilities with ability to apply tech, AI, and data‑driven solutions to business/financial problems
* Solid critical‑thinking and data interpretation skills with concise recommendations
* 3–5 years of consulting or insurance industry experience (for Consultant roles)
* Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially advanced Excel and PowerPoint
* Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken)
