PpWe are looking for a Raw Materials Production Engineer who will support and optimize the production processes in the Raw Material Department at our Operations Plant in Sedico (BL), Italy. /ppThis role offers the opportunity to analyze key metrics, improve production efficiency, and develop managerial skills while working with CNC machining processes such as lathes and milling machines for acetate frame manufacturing. /ph3Main responsibilities /h3ulliCollect and manage production data using SAP. /liliAnalyze and interpret machine efficiency, quality performance, and lead times. /liliPresent key findings and insights to production managers. /liliApply Lean Manufacturing methodologies to improve efficiency. /liliCollaborate with multiple departments, including Supply Chain, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, HSE, HR, and Controlling. /liliIdentify and implement continuous improvement actions to enhance quality, safety, compliance, and productivity. /liliOptimize workflow and resource allocation across different production areas. /liliContribute to the development of best practices for CNC machining and raw material management. /liliEnsure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. /li /ulh3Main requirements /h3ulliDegree in Engineering or a related field. /liliExcellent teamwork and collaboration skills. /liliFluent in Italian and proficient in English. /liliStrong organizational and communication abilities. /liliPassion for innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement. /liliWillingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic production environment. /li /ulh3What’s in it for you /h3pIn EssilorLuxottica, you are not defined just by your job title.
