About the job
The Brand Communication & Media Specialist will coordinate and support the implementation of the communication and media strategy across the key markets.
It requires to understand the market needs from a consumer and customer perspective, working with the other members of the Central Marketing team to ensure that centrally developed communication assets fit to our local market activation needs.
This role will be based in Italy (Peschiera del Garda - VR or Fabriano - AN), and report to the Head of Brand & Advertising.
Your tasks
1. Cooperate closely with the Central Advertising and Communication team to develop and execute the communication strategy, with focus on media planning, Media KPIs definition and monitoring.
2. Coordinate the selected media partner agency, including managing and optimizing the assigned marketing budget;
3. Act as a Brand Ambassador, building and defending the brand equity and making sure the guidelines are respected;
4. Benchmark the competitors and collect relevant insights and trends to develop unique, differentiated, and relevant media campaigns;
5. Revise campaigns content (visual assets and copy) to ensure media campaigns run with valid and effective content;
6. Share best practices with the global marketing community.
Requirements
7. Bachelor or Master’s degree in Communication or Marketing;
8. At least 5 years of relevant experience in Media Planning and measuring, both offline and online.
9. Passion for and experience in communication, digital and social media marketing, public relations;
10. Strong writing and editing know-how;
11. Analytic mindset;
12. Results oriented approach;
13. Effective communicator with strong customer and consumer orientation ;
14. Capability of getting things executed and natural open mindset to new ideas;
15. Fluent English and Italian (spoken & written). Other languages are a plus;
16. Open to travel internationally (approx. 10%).
