Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and optimize business processes related to the use of Infor M3 ERP. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements in workflows across manufacturing, supply chain, warehousing, and finance operations. - Support ERP system configuration and process alignment to meet business needs. - Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment of objectives. - Conduct data analysis and reporting to support decision-making and performance improvements. - Assist in troubleshooting system issues and providing support to end-users.
Skills and Experience
Essential:
- Experience working with Infor M3 ERP or similar systems. - Solid understanding of ERP processes in manufacturing, supply chain, warehousing, and finance. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. - Proficiency in English.
Desirable:
- Familiarity with Infor CloudSuite and integration technologies. - Knowledge of ERP security principles and system administration. - Exposure to Agile methodologies and project management practices. - Experience in supporting global, multi-site operations. - Certifications in ITIL or project management (e.g., PRINCE2) are a plus.
Education
- Degree or High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
The main office is located in the southwest of Belluno province; however, availability for business travel is essential.
