Job Title: IT Project Manager Work Area: IT Development Department Voluntary: Planet saver and sustainability influencer Reports to: Head of IT & Development Department Job Purpose As the IT Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between product owner requirements and the technical implementation led by our IT architect and CTO. Responsibilities Collaborate with the IT architect and CTO to align product owner needs. Manage and oversee the requirements of the e-commerce platform, coordinating diverse program elements. Serve as the primary interface between the professional tourism team/product owner and the IT team under the guidance of the CTO. Ensure seamless management of input, output, metrics, and task delivery. Act as the central point of contact for day-to-day support operations, ensuring efficient communication and issue resolution. Demonstrate strong leadership and management skills to guide project teams effectively. Analyze product owner input and output, design a comprehensive roadmap, and facilitate technical discussions with the CTO. Leverage tools such as diagrams, draw.Io, Gliffi, etc. to enhance program understanding and visualization. Qualifications A minimum of 3+ years' experience providing project management support, with a specific focus on e-commerce or similar. Proven track record in engaging with project scope, delivery, technical integration, and strategic IT planning, especially at the executive level. Strong multitasking abilities, capability to work independently, and effective workload prioritization. Exceptional customer service skills, adept at building and nurturing customer relationships, and quick responsiveness. Proficient in coaching, providing feedback, and motivating team members.
