Sales Support & Business Development (m / f / d) Share this job The ideal candidate will create and complete bids / estimations / quotations based on customer specifications or requirements / budget to achieve market competitiveness and high margins for the company while maintaining a balanced relationship between all Hitachi Energy units and customers in their responsibility. How you will make an impact Formulate competitive bids / estimates / quotations considering the best product mix and technical and commercial considerations for each situation. Ensure timely and detailed tender documentation, including accurate costs. Manage the preparation of technical, financial, and project management aspects of the bid / estimate / quotation, indicating prices and trading conditions. Provide inputs for editing activities according to bid planning and manage external services such as translations and governmental approvals. Archive documentation related to offers and orders, record assumptions and decisions, and regularly report bid status, analyzing reasons for wins and losses. Identify potential risks across contracts. Participate in the Risk Review process as per company policy. Gather and organize all information needed for proposals, including technical and cost data. After order confirmation, collect relevant documentation for project kickoff and book the PO into SAP. Build and maintain effective customer relationships to understand needs and ensure a positive sales experience. Support Front End Sales during technical customer meetings.
