Purpose of the Job
Plan, manage and supervise the contractor maintenance activities in order to meet the maintenance schedule, supporting the Maintenance Manager in planning, warehouse management and PTW realising, assuring full conformity to the maintenance strategy.
Main Accountabilities
1. Plan, manage and supervise the contractor maintenance activities in order to meet the maintenance schedule. Report to maintenance engineer the status of contractor maintenance
2. Manage the storehouse inventory to assure full spare parts availability and safety stock for the critical ones. Contact suppliers for items quotation and define technical specifications of equipment to assure adequate spare parts and standard installation. Ask for request of purchasing using SAP4 or Ariba tool when needed
3. Support the maintenance and engineering Manager to plan and manage the major inspection of all law relevant equipment (PED, fire fighting system, safety relief valves, lifting equipment etc..) to ensure legislation compliance.
4. Release PTW as PTW issuer for all the permits to guarantee full occupational and process safety for no-routine activities.
5. Manage and keep update the maintenance internal operating procedures in order to guarantee a consistent work standard aligned to the maintenance strategy and SHE requirement.
6. Discuss on plant changes and implement solution for plant installation in order to improve the safety and the performance of the plant (use of MoC database). Participate to process risk assessments to guarantee full conformity to occupational and process safety standard.
7. Provide training to contractors, in order to keep them informed on SOPs changes and new best practice
8. Monitor maintenance KPIs, suggesting improvement actions to reduce unplanned breakdowns, improving maintenance performance and contractor cost management.
9. Support Procurement department to identify new or additional contractors in order to guarantee full reliability of external services, particularly for the critical ones.
10. Update maintenance documentation and registrations for the assigned tasks in order to keep aligned the maintenance documentation to the status of the plant.
11. Carry out PTW and process confirmation monitoring to improve internal SHE standard and guarantee full compliance with SHE company expectations.
12. Ensure accomplishment of all business activities in the area of responsibility in line with relevantSHE-regulationsto achieve SHE-compliance.

Requirements & Knowledge and skills
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technical High School Diploma.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the relevant area of responsibility.
Experience in multinational companies as well as in Chemical, Petrochemical, Oil & Gas or Pharmaceutical sectots are considered a plus.
Fluent Italian at least C1 level.
Fluent English at least B1 level.
Familiarity with energy production processes, ISO 50001 energy management systems, HAZOP/RCA/FTA risk analysis methods, the SAP environment, AutoCAD and project management tools is considered a nice to have.
Solid working knowledge of MS Office applications such as Excel, Word and Outlook.
