THE ROLE
Off-White is seeking a Junior Production Developer to join the production team and support in all phases of the production process for the Kids collections. You will report to the Production Coordinator and ensure all products meet cost, quality, and brand objectives.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
1. Support in raw material requirements and stock availability to guarantee the demand plan
2. Create production books for suppliers with fitting notes and packaging and labeling guidelines
3. Precise and constant monitoring and analysis of assigned orders
4. Organize and participate in production fittings, quality checks, and fit of products together with the product department and external suppliers
5. Manage the shipment of samples and coordinate the delivery of production to the warehouse ensuring strict deadlines are met
6. Enter data into ERP and PLM systems updating and archiving documents
7. Liaise with the product development team and build and manage relationships with suppliers
WHO YOU ARE
8. 2+ years of experience in a similar role, in a luxury fashion company is a plus
9. Excellent use and knowledge of Microsoft Office in particular Excel
10. Excellent use and knowledge of Adobe Suite in particular Indesign and Illustrator
11. Good knowledge of Kids products and components
12. Ability to work proactively, independently on multiple projects under tight timeframes
13. Highly organized, flexible with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced everchanging environment
14. Good level of English both written and spoken this will be tested in the interview process
