HR BUSINESS PARTNER - SOSTITUZIONE MATERNITA'
Mission
The resource will have an important focus on:
Daily support to line managers on organizational, people and change related topics
Recruiting and training of resources in a manufacturing context
Attendance Management (around 250 employees), monitoring of HR KPI as well abseenteism and support on payroll area.
Manage internal unions relationship and disciplinary issue.
Organization analysis and resources assessment to propose career and remuneration actions.
Works closely with managers and employees to consolidate LVMH Group & Celine Mindset throughout population, improving communication, engagement, sense of belonging and retention.
Strictly collaboration with HR team to create synergies and exchanges between the plants to improve internal mobilities, job rotation, shared projects, etc.
Profile
Education: Bachelors/Master degree Experience:
4/5 years in the HR Department, in manufacturing context/plant
Skills and competences required:
Good interpersonal and relationship skills Good communion skills
Ability to work under pressure, to respect the deadlines and to set priorities
Strong sense of initiative and autonomy
Team- working
proactivity and flexibility
Fluency in Italian and English, French is a plus
