: Senior SAP Time Management Consultant
The Global PY department is responsible for:
1. Technical maintenance of outsourced SAP HR solutions of our clients, module SAP TM;
2. Modification of the solution after delivery to correct possible faults, to improve performance or other attributes and to adapt the product to a modified environment;
3. Stabilize, optimize, and extend the applications so that functionality continues to meet the clients’ changing needs.
The SAP TM Consultant is a member of the Global PY department. His role is to provide appropriate application maintenance consultancy to Alight outsourced clients through advice, guidance, technical support and problem solving.
Key Responsibilities:
Integrated into the Global PY department and under the supervision of a Team Manager, as an AMO TM Consultant you will be involved in the support of our outsourced clients as follows:
4. Provide application support consultancy through advice, guidance, and appropriate technical activities;
5. Manage tickets after having received functional analysis and guidance / coaching on the technical way to implement it;
6. Generate easy-to-maintain bug free code and customizing respecting Alight best practices;
7. Operate required system tests using either provided or self-generated test data, to ensure the applications/developments meet the agreed specifications;
8. Provide documentation (both technical and functional) on issues handled;
9. Manage personal daily priorities and assigned tickets, and ensure that his deadlines are met;
10. Regularly report on status and progress to the AMO Team Manager;
11. Maintain internal and external contact and communication channels at appropriate level. Communicate status, resolution, and root cause of assigned issues;
12. Understand the general flows in HR and the SAP HR architecture.

16. Be committed to the customer, the team and the project;
17. Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
18. Understand the architecture of a SAP HR solution and good knowledge of SAP HR Time Management module;
19. Ability to translate functional description in technical solution;
20. Experience in application maintenance is an asset.
You have:
21. 7 or 8 years of experience in SAP HR Time Management modules
22. Good verbal and written communication skills in English
