Ph3Job Purpose /h3 pIn the Digital Area, the Process Engineer will be responsible to execute on time and in full the digital transformation of the Caivano SU, with particular focus on the migration of the Digital platform in use as a stand‑alone company. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDrive the execution of the digital transformation of the site. /li liCollaborate closely with internal stakeholders and cross‑functional teams to ensure flawless planning and execution of the projects. /li liContribute to continuous optimization of processes and governance. /li liBusiness acumen and financial tools, understanding of the Master plan, factory priorities and how manufacturing performance of the site correlates with its finance KPIs and BG targets achievement. /li liManufacturing Packaging technology. Rely on basic but consistent understanding of the manufacturing technologies of the Category to drive relevant digital improvement. /li liAnalytical capability, basics of statistics, basics of coding to collect and analyse complex data to penetrate problems’ phenomena and understand root causes. /li liProject management. /li liBias for Action.
