About the Role
As part of the Spare Parts team, the role will provide temporary support across the following activities:
- Ensure effective and efficient management of the customer and branch order fulfilment process, providing system entry, confirmation management, dispatch and tracking of materials in coordination with the warehouse;
- Ensure correct and timely customer service by analysing the nature of enquiries and taking appropriate action involving the relevant business areas to ensure customer satisfaction in line with expected standards;
- Manage the spare parts non-conformity complaint process from customers and branches, involving the business areas concerned from time to time and monitoring the number, nature and outcome of complaints;
- Monitor the overall performance of the spares function by customer and geographical area in terms of volumes, service levels, backlogs, order processing times and attention to invoice payment terms, highlighting potential problems and proposing corrective action.
What You Need to Be Successful
- Bachelor's or Master's degree;
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position with a focus on customer care is welcome;
- Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken) and second language will be considered a plus;
- Good Microsoft Excel skills;
- SAP knowledge a plus;
