* As a Station Manager Springer (M / F / d),
* you are an expert in all areas concerning our camper rental stations and support in different locations during busy periods, vacations, or in case of illness.
* What does that mean exactly?
* You are responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations at the station while adhering to FreewayCamper guidelines.
* You create staffing schedules based on bookings and motivate your team, ensuring they have the necessary know-how.
* You handle the preparation of campers for upcoming bookings, including document verification, cleaning, and outfitting with standard and additional equipment (such as bike racks and dog packages).
* You welcome customers, provide vehicle introductions, and ensure an excellent customer experience, starting their holidays with a smile.
* You manage the fleet on-site: damage management, technical checks, coordination of maintenance and repairs, spare parts ordering, and support of vehicle sales.
Please note: You will travel and work for 2 weeks at one of our stations in Germany, then 1 week at home. Travel & hotel costs are covered by FreewayCamper.
* Your background
We value experience in customer contact and require the following:
* Completed training or studies in transportation, logistics, quality management, automotive, tourism, business administration, or similar (career changers are welcome).
* A passion for service and customer satisfaction.
* The ability to stay calm under stress, solution-oriented thinking, and strong organizational skills.
* Flexibility, creativity, and a hands-on approach.
* Adherence to quality standards.
* Willingness to work on weekends and holidays.
* Driver's license class B and willingness to travel.
* Fluency in English or German.
* Additional compensation for work on Sundays and holidays.
