As a Construction Logistic Manager for a Data Center project in Liscate (IT), you will oversee crane and lifting activities, site logistics, material storage, and transport coordination, ensuring smooth operations. /ppWorking closely with CSA teams, you will manage deliveries, off-site storage, and contractor coordination, playing a key role in maintaining an organized and efficient site setup. /ph3Explore your tasks and responsibilities /h3ulliDeveloping lift plans and procedures and overseeing all lifts /liliTemporary works coordination on site for crane bases, hoardings, excavations, scaffolding /liliPlan site set-up to move labor and materials around site efficiently (e.g., hoarding, gates, site accommodation, cranes, hoists, security, temporary services, material delivery and waste management strategy, catering) /liliPlan internal and external logistics routes through the project phases focusing on separation of vehicles, machinery and people, lay down areas and offloading points /liliEnsuring the organization’s safety policies are followed /liliWelfare facilities management and delivery including canteen facilities, cleaning, etc. /li /ulh3Show your expertise /h3ulliBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field preferred /lili5 years' experience of construction operations experience /liliData Center Projects or large-scale projects preferred /liliAppointed Person (AP) for Lifting Operation /liliEnglish Italian at C1 level /liliExcellent communication skills and ability to build relationships across the spectrum of the construction project stakeholders from client management to subcontractors /liliCurrent full Italian driving license /liliStrong understanding of construction safety regulations, codes, and best practices /liliPossess strong planning, organizational, and teamwork skills /li /ulpExyte is an equal employment opportunity employer and committed to providing equal opportunity and fair treatment.
