Per rilevante realtà produttiva del settore pelletteria ricerchiamo un/a HR BUSINESS PARTNER - SOSTITUZIONE MATERNITA' Recruiting and training of resources in a manufacturing context Attendance Management (around 250 employees), monitoring of HR KPI as well abseenteism and support on payroll area. Organization analysis and resources assessment to propose career and remuneration actions. Strictly collaboration with HR team to create synergies and exchanges between the plants to improve internal mobilities, job rotation, shared projects, etc. Bachelors/Master degree Experience: ~4/5 years in the HR Department, in manufacturing context/plant Fluency in Italian and English, French is a plus
