If you:
* are CFO with an industrial background, available on short notice, interested and motivated to work on projects with private equity portfolio companies, corporate clients requiring transformation projects, and medium-sized companies scaling up;
* are a manager who has gained your experience in structured and dynamic companies, accustomed to working on an international scale, and with a proven track record in structuring organizations and business processes;
* are a manager capable of diagnosing problems, identifying opportunities for improvement, developing concrete plans, and pursuing their implementation with determination. Being transparent, concrete and operations, project- and mission-oriented (to make things happen), and capable of achieving results in a short timeframe;
* are a manager capable of driving and implementing change, while managing and motivating your team. Strong team-building capabilities, with a particular emphasis on cross-functional leadership (ability to create and manage teams of people with diverse backgrounds and origins);
* are an experienced manager, able to quickly define and propose clear technical/organizational choices, explain the rationale behind them, and implement them swiftly, while identifying potential benefits and clearly outlining the roles and responsibilities of various team members;
