What will we do together?

The Customer Support Team represents MAF's offerwall service, MyChips. Your responsibilities include managing support chats and social media channels, assisting customers with offers, and resolving occasional errors or issues.

As you learn about our products, you'll become an expert in advising users. Your goal is to deliver exceptional support and leave a positive impression.

There are opportunities for growth within the team, such as becoming a Team Leader or a Community Manager, engaging with our user community.

What will you do?

* Help users understand and navigate offers on the offerwall.
* Troubleshoot technical errors.
* Respond to questions and concerns in a friendly manner.
* Report recurring technical issues.
* Guide users to self-help resources and FAQs.
* Gather user feedback for improvements.
* Share insights with the team for continuous enhancement.

What will you need?

* Fluency in English and Korean.
* At least 3 years of customer service experience.
* Good knowledge of digital advertising.
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong problem-solving skills.
* Self-motivation, initiative, and high energy.
* Excellent active listening skills.

Nice to have:

* Experience in mobile marketing.
* Knowledge of rewarded & offerwall advertising platforms.
* Innovative thinking and practical solutions.
