OverviewIn this role you will shape CRM‐ and data‐driven consumer engagement strategies across Ferrero's brands.You'll work with cross‐functional teams to design personalized journeys and activation programs, focusing on increasing engagement, loyalty and long‐term brand value. You'll partner with a CRM agency and internal stakeholders to optimize communications and digital experiences. This position offers analytics‐driven decision making, strategic planning and creative execution within a dynamic, iconic brand environment.ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute consumer engagement and CRM strategies across multiple brands to deliver relevant, personalized communications.Collaborate with Marketing and Trade Marketing to develop targeted plans based on consumer profiles and behaviors.Serve as main liaison for the CRM agency partner and coordinate cross‐stakeholder alignment on projects.Co‐design cross‐functional engagement initiatives and optimize activation programs with internal and external partners.Support evolution of CRM platforms and processes to improve digital experiences for users.Analyze consumer data and campaign performance to generate actionable recommendations for segmentation and personalization.Coordinate Digital Acceleration project implementation within the Italy business unit.Monitor email marketing and CRM performance, sharing learnings with stakeholders.Stay updated on digital marketing, CRM and engagement trends to improve tools and processes.QualificationsStrong analytical capabilities to interpret data, identify trends and derive actionable insights.Experience in digital marketing with exposure to CRM projects or data‐driven initiatives.Excellent relationship‐building and stakeholder management skills.Proactive, strategic mindset balancing detail with broader value creation.Strong project management to coordinate multiple activities with quality and timeliness.Master's degree in Economics or Marketing, fluency in Italian and English, advanced Excel.Experience working with cross‐functional teams and external agencies.BenefitsBase salary.Annual variable bonus up to 5%.Level 1 under CCNL Industria Alimentare.Competitive compensation package.#J-18808-Ljbffr
