Your Responsibilities: Manage order processing from entry to delivery and invoicing. Handle customer inquiries regarding pricing, stock, delays, and shipments. Manage customer claims such as errors, damages, or pricing issues. Coordinate with production, R&D, and quality departments regarding production, customization, and damages. Collaborate with logistics for delivery coordination. Your Profile: Commercial education background. At least 2 years of experience in customer service within an international environment. Experience in Fashion/Luxury customer service is a plus. Fluent in English; good knowledge of French required. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Customer-oriented personality. Knowledge of AS400 is preferred.
