You will be joining the PAYBACK Marketing Team and supporting the execution of the communication mission with the goal of improving awareness, consideration, appreciation and activation of the PAYBACK services and features.
You will develop and deliver creative content for all digital communication channels (website, app, SMS, push notifications, etc.) with a special focus on newsletters, as well as supervising, reviewing, editing and proofreading content.
This position represents a valuable development opportunity for colleagues who would like to build or strengthen their skills in digital communication, content creation and multichannel campaign management.
You will supervise, evaluate and report on the performance of communication activities across all touch points, make recommendations based on findings/opportunities and build strong, collaborative relationships with key cross‑functional business units, including CRM, Legal, Compliance and Operations Teams.
As part of the role you will also manage the budget, ensuring cost control.
Minimum Qualifications
- Previous experience in similar roles in digital marketing is valued
- Outstanding, meticulous verbal and written communication skills, both in Italian and English
- A passion for communications, telling stories and engaging audiences, especially in a digital environment
- Familiar with creative software, specifically Microsoft PowerPoint
- Good project management skills, being able to prioritise multiple activities with tight timelines
- Proactive approach and ability to work autonomously and take initiative
- Creative thinking, flexibility and the ability to lead, drive and measure change
- Role is based in Italy
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, HTML, Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
- Video editing, image processing and optimisation tools are a plus
Employment eligibility to work with American Express in Italy is required as the company will not pursue visa sponsorship for this position.
