Ph3Location /h3 pMilan or the surrounding areas /p h3Purpose of the Role /h3 pAs the face of BSI, the role of the Lead Auditor (Client Manager) is to work closely with BSI clients to help them improve their performance by assessing their systems and processes against BSI standards. At the end of each assessment the Client Manager compiles a business report and presents this to the client. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liPrepare assessment reports and present the results to clients to ensure that they understand the assessment decision and are clearly advised towards specific items of corrective action where appropriate. /li liUndertake management system assessments in accordance with BSI requirements. /li liRecommend the issue, re‑issue or withdrawal of certificates, and report recommendations in accordance with BSI policy, procedures and timescales. /li liEnsure continuity is maintained and that effective working relationships are maintained with clients and within the team. /li liProvide accurate and timely information to support departments, working closely with these departments to ensure that customer records are up to date, complete and that all other internal information requirements are met. /li liEstablish and develop an effective partnership that secures the business relationship and encourages opportunities for business development and increased customer satisfaction within your portfolio. /li /ul h3To Be Successful In The Role /h3 ul liThird‑party audit experience (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 – EMS, QMS) with required audit logs. /li liLAC (lead auditor course). /li liFluency in Italian (C2) and English (B2–C1). /li liIndustry experience (minimum 2‑3 years work experience, with involvement in the management system) in the required industry sector. /li liProficient in Microsoft Office. /li liExcellent presentation skills. /li liWilling to travel. /li /ul h3Equal Opportunity Statement /h3 pBSI is an Equal Opportunity Employer dedicated to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
