You will work in the Employment and Benefits team at our Milan office.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesYou will be involved, with a high degree of autonomy, in the following activities:* Research and study in the field of labor, social security and trade union law;
* Consulting and assistance to clients (day by day, opinions, extraordinary operations and judicial assistance);
* Support in extraordinary operations (company transfers, collective procedures, due diligence);
* Development of the practice, both in terms of resources and business.Our RequirementYou fit the profile we are looking for if you are a lawyer with at least six years of post-qualification experience specifically in labor law, speak excellent English, have a passion for labor law and a desire to get involved.
