Job Title: Technical Service Engineer
Job Description
We are seeking an Experienced Technical Service Engineer to support existing customer installations with HL7 standards.
This role offers the opportunity to impact patient care and support our service team in delivering exceptional after-sales service.
As a Technical Service Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring all technical support activities comply with the company's Quality System.
You will analyze customer complaints and generate reports on common issues.
You will manage customer claims and coordinate return, replacement, and loan shipments.
You will assist customers in understanding and utilizing our products.
You will report product issues to relevant departments for improvement.
You will inform customers about new product features and benefits.
Key Responsibilities
* Support existing customer installations with HL7 standards.
* Ensure all technical support activities comply with the company's Quality System.
* Analyze customer complaints and generate reports on common issues.
* Manage customer claims and coordinate return, replacement, and loan shipments.
* Assist customers in understanding and utilizing our products.
* Report product issues to relevant departments for improvement.
* Inform customers about new product features and benefits.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Knowledge of HL7 standards and Italian government specifications.
* Familiarity with Mirth Connect.
* Degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Bioengineering, or related field.
* Experience in a medical device company is preferred.
* Proficiency with Office 365, IT support, and hardware troubleshooting.
* Understanding of Windows OS and networking fundamentals.
* Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
* Strong diagnostic, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
