Your focus is not just technical excellence — but harmonization, leadership, and strategic direction. /p h3What You Will Do /h3 ul libGroup Electronics Leadership /b ul liLead the development of electronics across EPTA’s product portfolio /li liCoordinate and guide senior hardware, firmware, and embedded software experts across multiple locations (no direct reporting lines) /li liDefine design guidelines, standards, and best practices at Group level /li /ul /li libElectronics Connectivity /b ul liLead development and validation of electronic solutions for commercial refrigeration equipment /li liOversee embedded firmware, electronic hardware, controllers, and field communication protocols (ModBus, LIN, CANbus, MQTT, I²C, etc.) /li liContribute to architecture for in‑store communication and store‑to‑cloud connectivity /li liSupport the development of IoT‑enabled solutions integrated with store supervisors and digital platforms /li /ul /li libQuality, Industrialization Compliance /b ul liOversee PCB schematic and layout activities ensuring manufacturability, reliability, and compliance /li liLead EMC validation, qualification plans, and electronic testing methodologies /liliEnsure alignment with Group technical standards and regulatory requirements (e.g. CRA, RED) /li /ul /li libSupplier Innovation Interface /b ul liSupport Purchasing in electronics supplier management and cost‑saving initiatives /li liCollaborate with Innovation Centre on technology scouting and emerging electronics solutions /li liSupport Service and Quality teams in field issue resolution and continuous improvement /li /ul /li /ul h3Who We Are Looking For /h3 pThis role requires seniority, credibility, and leadership maturity.
