About the Role
We’re hiring a Growth Intern to support the execution of FinchTrade’s 2026 Growth Plan. You’ll work directly with the Growth Lead and collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Operations. This is not a passive internship: you’ll help turn strategy into execution, maintain clean GTM systems, and make growth activities measurable and repeatable. If you want to learn how a B2B fintech / crypto infrastructure company actually scales demand and revenue, this role is designed as a fast, hands-on learning experience.
What you'll do
Content & Inbound
* Support the production of high-intent content across the buyer journey (comparison pages, case studies, implementation guides)
* Assist with keyword and intent research aligned with FinchTrade’s ICPs
* Help structure content outlines and update existing content based on performance
* Ensure content includes clear CTAs aligned with funnel stages
* Collaborate with sales to reflect real objections, FAQs, and use cases in content
Backlinks & Outbound
* Research fintech, payments, crypto infrastructure, and regulatory publications
* Maintain backlink prospect lists (domains, contacts, relevance)
* Support outreach preparation (guest posts, quotes, link insertions)
* Track acquired and lost backlinks and help maintain monthly reports
* Coordinate linkable assets with ongoing content efforts
Website & Analytics
* Support the rollout of new website entry points (ICP pages, use cases, comparison pages)
* Help audit messaging clarity, CTAs, and conversion paths
* Assist with tracking page-level conversion metrics
* Support simple evaluation tools (e.g. calculators, quote or demo request flows)
* Help ensure high-intent actions are logged and visible in the CRM
* Help maintain clean funnel data across inbound and outbound
* Support dashboard updates (pipeline, conversion, attribution)
* Assist with monthly performance reviews and reporting
* Help surface early signals, bottlenecks, and operational gaps
Podcast & Video Operations
* Support podcast outreach and guest research in fintech, payments, and crypto
* Maintain podcast and guest databases
* Assist with scheduling, preparation, and logistics
* Help manage raw audio/video files
* Support short-form clip creation and distribution (LinkedIn and similar channels)
Who you are
* Currently enrolled in a university or recently graduated
* Hands-on experience through internships, side projects, student consulting, or early-stage startup exposure
* Passionate about fintech, crypto, and financial infrastructure, and motivated to build a career in this space
* Strong interest in go-to-market, growth, and revenue-driven marketing
* Solid marketing fundamentals: content, SEO, distribution, analytics, or campaign execution
* Analytical mindset: comfortable working with metrics, dashboards, and performance tracking
* Proactive, structured, and comfortable working with ambiguity and ownership
