You will supervise employees who perform maintenance and tool making, develop an operational year plan for manufacturing activities of the team and suggest improvements in product processes and procedures. /p h3Partner with the best /h3 pIn this role you will be responsible for: /p ul liEnsuring that equipment, tools and machine tools are in good condition for plans for preventive maintenance and corrective action. /li liBeing responsible to exchange data and information interaction concerns and also improvements in product processes and procedures. /li liHandling standardized manufacturing processes and guidelines for choosing the right latitude in ways of working and planning. /li liCoordinating and verifying the work of external contractors. /li liAnalyzing and diagnosing cause of malfunctions, failures and repetitive manufacturing problems and recommend and implement proper corrective actions. /li liLiaising with production and all functions colleagues dealing with emergencies unplanned problems and repairs. /li liReading equipment manuals and understand technical drawings such as PID hydraulic schematics electrical wiring diagrams to quickly identify and find solutions for faults. /li liUnderstanding PLCs and ISO language programs automation system CNC. /li /ul h3Fuel your passion /h3 pTo be successful in this role you will have: /p ul liExperience in Mechatronics / Mechanic Electronics or Electrical Engineering or have an equivalent high school / college diploma. /li liWorking experience in a similar role for a minimum 5 years. /li liProven experience in oil gas industry. /li liAvailability to work in shifts (7am-3pm 3pm-11pm 11pm-7am). /li liStrong oral and written communication skills in both Italian and English. /li liStrong interpersonal and leadership skills. /li liAbility to work independently. /li liStrong problem-solving skills. /li /ul h3Work in a way that works for you /h3 pWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone.
