Based in our office in Carpi (MO), we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sourcing Trainee to join our team. You will be involved in supporting the operational activities of the Sourcing department. You will work closely with the team to assist in the management of Accessory, Footwear, Innerwear and Combat equipment suppliers, daily operational tasks, and contribute to data analysis. This is a great opportunity for anyone interested in gaining hands-on experience in sourcing and supply chain management. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES - Supporting the operational activities of the Sourcing department, including the coding and updating of supplier profiles in the system. - Tracking product arrivals and samples, monitoring production on a weekly basis. - Supporting with cost management by monitoring and uploading the costs in the system_._ - Managing smaller suppliers and assisting in the development of special projects, including organizing and following up on these projects. - Performing data analysis and presenting reports on costs, production, and orders. - Supporting the sourcing team with supplier-related inquiries and processes. QUALIFICATIONS: - Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Management, Engineering, or related fields. - Excellent analytical skills with the ability to present data and insights clearly. - Strong communication skills with a proactive and solution-oriented approach. - Ability to work in a team, manage small projects independently, and take initiative. - A keen listener, proactive, and analytical thinker - Good command of English (both written and spoken). - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
