The role ensures that the solution aligns with program requirements, delivers required performance, and is easily deployable across projects. /p h3Key Missions /h3 ul liLead the design and development of the Traffic Management System according to program and project requirements. /li liDefine and oversee information technology architecture, cybersecurity, and infrastructure strategy. /li liManage software development activities, including design, coding, and continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD). /li liAdapt to new engineering development methods tools following Alstom updated processes. /li liConduct VV activities, including performance and functional tests. /li liProvide product support throughout project execution and deployment. /li /ul h3Team and Resource Management /h3 ul liManage and lead resources allocated to the product, ensuring alignment with projects needs and providing effective technical support. /li liEnsure knowledge transfer and onboarding for team members and newcomers (technical, functional, operational). /li /ul h3Product Strategy and Roadmap /h3 ul liContribute to the definition and evolution of the product roadmap, covering both legacy solutions and new developments. /li liEnsure product compliance with solution requirements, market expectations, competitiveness, customer needs, and innovation goals. /li /ul h3Project Execution and Delivery /h3 ul liEnsure delivery commitments are met on time. /li liEnsure development activities are performed according to approved quality, cost, and delivery objectives. /li liCoordinate work packages, capacity planning, resource analysis, risk identification, and mitigation actions with relevant departments. /li /ul h3System Performance and Deployability /h3 ul liEnsure the system is easily deployable by projects and supported by standardized tools, processes, and documentation. /li liMonitor, measure, and continuously optimize system performance. /li /ul h3Reviews and Governance /h3 ul liSupport project, product, and customer reviews at all required milestones. /li liProvide performance indicators to ensure proper monitoring and follow‑up of development activities at all levels. /li /ul h3Required Qualifications /h3 h3Education /h3 ul liUniversity/Engineering school degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Electronics. /li /ul h3Preferred Education /h3 ul liCertifications in Project Management. /li /ul h3Required Experience /h3 ul liAt least 20 years in information and communication technology industries (railway, automotive, aerospace, or similar industries preferred). /li liAt least 20 years managing large international teams of approximately 100 people. /li liAt least 20 years managing complex systems and software development projects. /li liStrong background in software engineering, including industrialization, deployment, and SW lifecycle management. /li liSolid technical background across hardware, software, information technology systems, and cybersecurity. /li liStrong problem‑solving experience. /liliProficiency in English. /li /ul h3Preferred Experience /h3 ul liUnderstanding of new digital technologies (e.g. cloud computing, AI…) /li liKnowledge of railway systems. /li /ul h3Competencies and Skills /h3 ul liExcellent communication skills in a technical environment. /li liStrong interpersonal, leadership, and teamwork capabilities. /li liAbility to identify risks and opportunities, anticipate issues, and mobilize teams to achieve objectives. /li liEffective decision‑making skills. /li liAnalytical and critical thinking. /li liResilience and ability to operate with time constraints. /li /ul h3Equal Opportunity Statement /h3 pAs a global business, we’re an equal‑opportunity employer that celebrates diversity across the 63 countries we operate in.
