Your missions
* Qualify and handle hiring needs transmitted by managers.
* Conduct pre-selection qualification meetings via phone calls.
* Monitor and follow up on the recruitment process.
* Source and directly approach candidates on job boards and social networks.
* Build a strong candidate pipeline and network.
* Act as a point of contact and maintain strong relationships with candidates.
* Benchmark and improve recruitment processes.
* Optimize job offer content for better candidate engagement.
* Contribute innovative ideas to enhance recruitment strategy.
Your profile
* Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
* Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
* Curious and proactive mindset.
* Fluent in English and Italian.
* Strong communication and team-player skills.
* Service-oriented approach with excellent interpersonal abilities.
* Experience with AI generative tools is a plus.
