He/She will primarily support Head Office recruitment activities for Diesel. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Head Office positions, including job posting, CV screening, interviews, and offer management; Partner with Line Managers to understand business needs and define candidate profiles; Actively source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruiting channels; Coordinate interviews and provide a smooth and professional candidate experience; Support employer branding initiatives related to talent acquisition; Maintain and update the Successfactor Platform and recruitment reporting;
What requirements you need to have
3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably within structured companies or dynamic environments; Strong interest in the fashion/luxury industry; Experience in recruiting corporate/Head Office profiles; Good knowledge of recruitment tools and sourcing techniques; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; Proactive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to support broader HR activities; High English level is required; the knowledge of other languages is considered a plus.
