PIn this role, you will provide, worldwide, expert level technical support to SE Field Services Representatives (FSRs) and Certified Service Partners (CSPs) for repair, maintenance and start-up activities on Cooling Products (Precision Air Conditioners as In Room – In Row, and Chillers) intended mainly for Data Center applications. /ppYou will have to provide adequate guidance, remotely and on-site, in order to solve problems related to the installation, operation and application of the aforementioned products. /ppIf necessary, you will have to work jointly with other company functions (RD and Offer Quality Engineering, Customer Satisfaction Quality teams, Marketing and Application Engineering) in order to receive the necessary support to solve the field issues. /ppYou will be in the move of the IoT revolution where all Schneider connected products will provide key information to allow predictive, advanced maintenance remote troubleshooting.
