Job Role
We are seeking a proactive HSE Administrator to join our team and support daily activities ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Support the HSE team in daily tasks related to safety and environmental compliance.
- Help organise and update safety documentation, including training records, checklists, and reports.
- Assist with monitoring and managing safety equipment inventory checks and maintenance schedules.
- C Coordinate safety trainings and track employee certifications accurately.
- Prepare reports presentations and summaries following audits or inspections.
- Participate in safety walks and inspections to identify potential risks.
- Collaborate with local teams to promote a safety culture and awareness among employees.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HSE Administrator Intern.
- Strong knowledge of Italian health and safety regulations.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
