Education and Experience Requirements
* Completed medical education and hold a medical degree from a recognized college or university.
* Hold a current valid medical license.
* Board certification or similar international certification in Plastic Surgery or Dermatology preferred but not required.
* Comfortable with giving presentations / speaking in front of large groups.
* Fluency in English.
* Strong interpersonal skills.

Job Summary
The Medi-Spa Physician administers cosmetic medical procedures to onboard guests. They must possess the clinical knowledge to administer these procedures safely and effectively and be able to explain all aspects of the products and services to the guests. They should have excellent communication skills and provide aesthetic medical solutions to address guest concerns. They will work with the Medi-Spa Sales Consultant, who assists with sales, marketing, and translation if needed. The Physician should also cross-promote spa services and review all treatment plans organized by the Sales Consultant.

Duties and Responsibilities
* Be punctual for appointments.
* Provide professional medi-spa services following protocols.
* Conduct patient follow-up as needed.
* Support spa and guest scheduling needs.
* Care for equipment and use supplies efficiently.
* Follow pricing policies.
* Complete and store medical records appropriately.
* Cross-promote spa services.
* Maintain sanitation and sterilization standards.
* Manage inventory of products and supplies.
* Communicate incidents to management.
* Respond professionally to guest questions and concerns.
* Contribute positively to the work environment.
* Participate in training and meetings.
* Assist with spa operations and train new staff.
* Follow operational policies.
* Report daily and end-of-cruise inventories.
General Guidelines
* Review guest consultations prior to treatments.
* Ensure completion of consent forms and medical records.
* Discuss aftercare instructions and schedule follow-ups.
* Maintain cleanliness and setup for each guest.
End of Day Checklist
* Dispose of sharps and biohazard waste properly.
* Sterilize surfaces.
* Complete inventory forms.
* Secure storage areas.
* Email revenue reports.
Service Booking Policy
Promote a stress-free environment and teamwork. Only book services for which the Physician is qualified. Do not refuse or trade services without approval. Perform general duties as directed by the onboard Spa Manager.
Guidelines for Protection and Sanitization (GPS)
* Follow safety protocols and self-screening procedures.
* Practice physical distancing and hygiene policies.
* Use PPE correctly.
* Understand disinfecting procedures and maintain logs.
