Driven by You. /ppbAbout You /b /ppAs the Plant HR Business Partner for our plant in Romagnano Sesia (NO), you will support the Talent Business Partner Manager Italy and the Plant Manager in achieving the People Objectives for the Country. /ppYou will provide day to day HR guidance and supportto develop and deliverthepeople strategy andbusinesssolutions, focusing on employees based at Romagnano Plant. /ppThis role will include a strong collaboration with other HR Teams (Regional / Global / Labor Relations) to align key priorities with the business and to deliver the professional service needed. /ppYou will report to the Talent Business Partner Manager Italy and will be an individual contributor (no direct reports). /ppuLocation : /u on-site at our plant in Romagnano Sesia (NO), with 1 day per week in smartworking. /ppbYOUR KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES : /b /ppProvide coaching and support for mill leadership, prepare onboarding / offboarding plans, support with the processed related to performance and career development /ppCollaborate with Regional / Global HR and Labor relations team, supporting the Talent Business Manager and the Mill Manager maintaining the Labor relations and supporting during union negotiation (e.g., Works Councils, Collective Bargaining agreements) /ppbSupport Managers in the employee / labor relations cases /b /ppEnsure legal policies and procedures (including region-specific compliance requirements) are followed and maintained accurately /ppIdentify learning and development needs for Leaders and Employees and participate in planning process and implementation (should include partnering with Learning and Development on corporate initiatives) /ppFacilitate end to end performance management process for the Mill /ppbPrepare and analyze data to support business needs /b /ppContribute and proactively participate to the communication strategy for the Mil for HR related topics /ppImplement and follow up on Global process and activities specific for the Mill population /ppbWHAT WE NEED FROM YOU : /b /ppPrevious experience as HR Generalist or HR Business Partner, ideally in a manufacturing environment /ppExperience in labor relations and working in a highly unionized environment would be considered as a plus /ppExcellent communication, analytical thinking, breakthrough thinking facilitating relationships comprising of different levels of employees /ppProactivity and curiosity /ppFluency in Italian and in English, both written and spoken /ppbWe Offer /b /ppWe want to grow together with you – which is why we offer attractive developing opportunities.
