Great products start with understanding people. As a User Experience Research Intern, you’ll help bring real user voices into every product decision.
You’ll work closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to uncover both spoken and unspoken user needs. Through usability testing, interviews, ethnographic research, surveys, and data analysis, you’ll explore behaviors and motivations that drive product experiences.
Your insights will directly influence the development of features and products that are intuitive, meaningful, and continuously improving.
This is a hands‑on opportunity to learn how research shapes real‑world products from day one.
The Impact You’ll Make
Support senior UX Researchers in designing and facilitating qualitative and quantitative research
Help translate research findings into clear user needs and technical requirements, with a strong focus on usability and ergonomics
Prepare engaging presentations and research reports for Product, Marketing, Design, and Engineering teams
Conduct competitor reviews, benchmarking, and product testing
Collect and analyze product performance data (R&R, cloud data, field returns, call center feedback, social media insights)
Contribute to turning data and insights into actionable product improvements
The Skills And Knowledge You’ll Bring
Currently pursuing or recently completed a university degree
A genuine curiosity about human behavior, motivations, and decision‑making
Ability to think critically and synthesize insights clearly
Basic understanding of user research methods (qualitative and quantitative)
Familiarity with online testing tools (e.g., UserTesting or similar platforms)
Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
Experience with statistical tools for quantitative research is a plus
Experience facilitating face‑to‑face interviews or willingness to learn
Strong storytelling and presentation skills — able to turn insights into compelling narratives
Basic knowledge of ergonomics, especially in relation to physical products and user–product interaction
Fluent in English and communicative in Italian
Available for a full‑time internship
Willing to work from the office three days per week
