As part of Allianz's Operations team, you will guide M&A programs and related post‐deal activities to deliver high‐quality outcomes. You'll work with cross‐functional teams and senior stakeholders to ensure timely delivery, governance, and issue resolution. The role focuses on M&A execution, TSA services, and finance‐oriented projects, shaping how the organization scales post‐deal integration. You will influence best practices and contribute to thought leadership in the M&A practice. This is an opportunity to impact large‐scale transformations in a global financial services context.

* Deliver activities under the guidance of an Engagement Manager with quality outputs and timely delivery
* Lead end‐to‐end M&A transactions and post‐M&A operations, ensuring high‐quality outcomes
* Define and implement project governance frameworks (steering committees, reporting, escalation)
* Monitor progress against milestones, identify risks, and apply mitigation actions
* Prepare and present updates to senior stakeholders and executive committees
* Support finance‐oriented projects, coordinating cross‐functional teams across Finance, Investment, Actuarial, Risk, Portfolio, and Claims
* Establish best practices and continuous improvement for M&A execution and project management
* Act as primary client contact, building strong long‐term relationships
* Own small to mid‐size workstreams and support management consultants in presenting results
* Participate in business development, including project proposals and pitches
* Interface with senior stakeholders including C‐level executives and TSA committees
* Contribute to thought leadership and internal knowledge in the M&A practice
* Discuss potential future client needs xrdztoy in Finance, Actuarial, Risk, Portfolio, and Claims streams
Responsabilità
* Master's Degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Management Engineering or related fields
* Knowledge of Insurance/Claims, Finance, Investment, Actuarial, Risk, IT Management or Data Management
* Familiarity with M&A, post‐M&A, TSA services, and inter‐company migrations
* For Consultant roles: 3–5 years of experience in consulting or insurance
* Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel
* Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken)
