Sales Services Manager For our luxury segment customer company, we are looking for a Sales Services Manager. This position reports to the Wholesale Director. The scope of the Sales Services Manager is to provide customers (B2B) with the best experience, acting as the first point of contact and representative of the brand's values and image. The Sales Services Manager coordinates the team, handles questions and complaints, provides product information, manages orders, and processes returns. Main Responsibilities Liaise with the logistics team to develop the flow and delivery of merchandise, according to client needs or delivery schedules. Provide information and assistance to credit and accounting teams regarding customer credit or payment issues. Manage incoming communications from customers. Liaise with the product and production departments for specific product requests from customers. Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by offering the most appropriate solutions. Manage any litigation that may occur. Manage and periodically update international price lists, considering exchange rates. Conduct analysis and produce reports on activities. Manage and review orders from receipt to shipment. Oversee the loading process during and after sales campaigns, including client registrations, order confirmations, and cancellations. Main Skills Precision, attention to detail, customer-centricity, coordination, and multitasking. Fluent English. Previous experience in a similar role within the fashion and luxury sector.
