As part of our Legal Integrity (LI) team, you will play a key role in managing legal and integrity matters across the division.
/p h3Your Role and Responsibilities /h3 ul liProvide professional advice and counsel the Division across a broad range of legal and integrity issues, or within one specialist area, overseeing or managing legal and integrity matters or processes.
/li liEnsure consistency in services and advice with no supervision.
/li liParticipate in or support various changes, efficiencies, and projects within the LI team, collaborating with stakeholders to drive automation and strategic initiatives.
/li liAnticipate and address legal and integrity risks, develop practical legal strategies, ensure compliance with local and group policies, and contribute to policy development and implementation.
/li liPromote good corporate governance, support the Code of Conduct and integrity training, and assist in or lead investigations into integrity issues.
/li liContribute to the execution of the LI strategy, support strategic goals, monitor professional progress, and manage performance in line with the Annual Performance Plan (APP) and financial targets.
/li /ul h3Qualifications for the Role /h3 ul liBasic understanding of legal principles, corporate compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
/li liStrong organizational and time-management skills; able to handle multiple tasks.
/li liEffective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders; attention to detail and ability to follow procedures and ensure policy compliance.
/li liEager to learn and contribute to legal and integrity initiatives in a dynamic environment.
/li liFamiliarity with Microsoft Office tools.
/li liProficiency in Italian and English.
