The EMEA Project Specialist Intern manages the full lifecycle of Shop‐in‐Shop installations for major brands such as Ray‐Ban, Prada, Miu Miu, Burberry and other EssilorLuxottica House Brands across the EMEA region. The role bridges creative vision and technical execution by coordinating with the Milan HQ design team, supervising construction engineering, and managing vendor relationships. The intern also handles project scoping, budget oversight, quality assurance and regulatory compliance to ensure premium results. Main Responsibilities Oversee Shop‐in‐Shop installations for EssilorLuxottica brands across the EMEA region. Coordinate with the Milan HQ Corporate Design Team to ensure brand alignment and technical integrity. Lead planning, detailed design and construction engineering for new projects. Manage local consultants and contractors sourced from the Luxottica procurement vendor list. Maintain relationships with local Trade Marketing and ensure compliance with local malls, airports and outlet centers. Define project goals, deliverables and timelines while identifying tasks and resources. Estimate project costs, manage budgets and allocate resources. Support QA processes through off‐site factory inspections and on‐site visits to ensure high‐standard execution. Track progress, manage process changes and report outcomes, problems and solutions to stakeholders. Main Requirements Strong commitment to assigned targets and technical proficiency. Teamwork orientation and organizational capabilities. Construction site organizational skills and clear reporting. Problem‐solving and analytical skills. Educational background: Engineering or Architectural Master's Degree or equivalent. 0+ years of experience in Construction Project Management.
