Senior Customer Service Representative
Location: Segrate (MI)
Working hours: Tempo pieno, 40 hours per week (08:*******:00)
Contract: Fixed-term until the end of the year, with possibility of extension if the project continues – immediate start
Salary: €36,300 (AWD Salary Equivalent)

For a leading multinational company in the scientific sector, we are looking for a Senior Customer Service Representative.
The selected candidate will join a collaborative team and will be responsible for managing the full customer service cycle, from initial contact to order fulfillment, ensuring a high level of quality.
Key responsibilities
Managing customer requests (phone and email)
Order entry and management through ERP/CRM systems
Preparing offers and quotations
Monitoring shipments and handling any issues
Updating the customer database
Collaborating with internal teams (logistics, sales, finance)
Supporting continuous process improvement activities
Requirements
High school diploma (or equivalent)
At least 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in multinational environments
Excellent knowledge of Italian and English (written and spoken)
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Knowledge of SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems is a plus
Knowledge of French would be considered a plus
